We will typically ship your order within 3 business days unless the item is out of stock, in which case we will notify you with an estimated ship date. When your item ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Normal delivery time for FedEx Ground is 5 business days. Please call us regarding expedited shipping.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Returns
Items must be returned in new condition within 30 days of ship date to be eligible for a refund or replacement. Damaged items may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
A return authorization number (RA #) must be obtained before returning any item. Items returned without an RA number may be returned to the customer at the customers expense.
Shipping costs associated with returned items are the responsibility of the customer and the package must be clearly marked with the RA number issued by Jim Nasi Customs.
All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Warranty
All Jim Nasi Customs products are warrantied for one year from the date of purchase for material and workmanship. Jim Nasi Customs will replace or repair the item at our discretion. Repair or replacement of the product by us is the sole and exclusive remedy. We will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Parts not manufactured by Jim Nasi Customs will be subject to the manufacturer's warranty. Jim Nasi Customs will facilitate the warranty process with the manufacturer, but the warranty resolution will be determined by the manufacturer.
Parts that have been abused, modified, improperly installed or improperly maintained will not be warrantied.
Chrome is warrantied for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. It is expected that chrome exposed to salt, sand and humidity be properly cleaned and cared for. Items that show signs of abuse will not be warrantied.
There is no warranty on exhaust discoloration. This is caused by engine tuning and is not a manufacturing defect. Exhaust is not returnable after it has been run except for a manufacturing defect.
You will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order, typically within a few minutes. You may view your order status by logging in to your account if you created one during checkout.
